Job Title: Project Manager

Responsibilities and Expectations:

The Project Manager (PM) role successfully supports marketing program deliverables for retained clients and projects. PMs support Account Strategists and Digital Specialists on mid-to-large size client accounts and projects, as well as lead smaller accounts and projects independently. PMs help ensure client activities are delivered on time and on budget by efficiently project managing all agency functions, and effectively communicating with clients to interpret and respond to their objectives, requests, and feedback. PMs should have a thirst for growing their marketing knowledge and taking independent initiative to learn marketing strategy and master Sagefrog processes.

This is an entry-level, growth-oriented position with future opportunities in Account Strategy and/or Digital Strategy.

The ideal candidate is someone with less than 2 years of experience, with a marketing or communications degree.

· Reports to Account Director

· This position requires in-office days sporadically throughout each month

What you’ll do:

· Support Strategists with account organization and execution of client marketing plans, projects, campaigns, and deliverables

· Support Digital Specialists with research, audits, and basic tasks within paid digital advertising platforms and tools

· Manage the timely development of program deliverables in a quality-driven manner

· Skillfully coordinate the agency team to deliver for clients, understanding the inputs required for each functional group

· Proofread client communications and project deliverables with keen attention to detail

· Provide administrative support, including preparing meeting status agendas, taking call notes, organizing monthly activity hours reports, and other duties as needed

· Articulate direction from clients and Strategists to all agency functions

· Communicate with clients on a day-to-day basis on in-process activities to solicit client direction and input

· Manage all aspects of client relationships in the absence of the lead Strategist

· Monitor and manage project budgets

· Obtain and maintain Google Analytics and Google Search Fundamentals Certifications

· Obtain and maintain HubSpot Inbound and Inbound Marketing Certifications

· Demonstrate hands-on proficiency in developing and delivering presentations

· You’re resourceful and can work independently

· You’re collaborative and will proactively consult Strategists as needed

· You have the ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work on time

· You’re an active listener, keen to pick up subtext and opportunities to help

· You communicate clearly and precisely

· You have the ability to manage multiple priorities
